Activity:
- Writing the Remaining Chapter of the Thesis and Plagiarism Check.
- Submit the Thesis Report.
Objective:
- To complete writing in chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of the thesis.
- To submit the thesis report to the supervisor for checking the grammar and format.
- To identify the Thesis Final Report does not exceed 30% of plagiarism.
Contents:
After completing my presentation last week, it is time to focus on my thesis which is result and discussion. In this thesis, I received a lot of guidance from my supervisor and some tips from the presentation assessor regarding the data I should put.
- Result: In this chapter, I have shown all the graph data, tables, and theoretical calculations based on my output at my prototype project system. I have explained the details of the result data to ensure the reader can understand the output data.
- Discussion: For the result discussion, I have explained the whole operation and analysed the data that is obtained based on the result tables.
- Conclusion: In this chapter, I have summarized and concluded that all the objectives of this prototype project have been successfully achieved.
- Recommendation: In this subchapter, there are 3 recommendations that are listed to make this project system better in future works.
Result:
After completing writing the remaining chapter of the Thesis Final Report, I use Turnitin to check on the percentage of plagiarism. The allowed percentage of plagiarism that has been set by the FYP committee is 30%. After I submitted my Thesis Final Report to Turnitin I achieve 20% of plagiarism, which is permissible by the FYP committee.
Conclusion:
These chapters were so important to the researcher to explain the result being obtained and whether the objectives are achieved or not achieved. The plagiarism percentage checked by using Turnitin is also important for the FYP committee and supervisor to give marks.
