Objective:
- To know the guideline on submitting a claim to the finance.
- To know the importance of submission for all the FYP files.
Contents:
The
briefing was conducted online on 18/05/2021 Wednesday in Microsoft Teams and
the attendance of all students that are taking the FYP subject was compulsory. During
the workshop, the FYP committee briefed us about the filing format for all the
FYP files submission and the important date for the file submission. Other than
that, the FYP committee also briefed us on the guideline for the claim
submission to the finance and the final report submission that will be
submitted to the library and Microsoft Teams.
Result:
In
briefing with FYP coordinator about claim and documentation, the essence in the
briefing is the purchase receipt of all components, poster or anything
regarding to the project development should be kept as proof to the finance
section to facilitate the return of the refund later.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, this workshop 6 briefing is very useful for FYP2 students to know how to claim correctly so that there will be no problems with finance section later.
