WEEK 4: BUY COMPONENTS AND HARDWARE

Activity: 

  1. Components and hardware buying process. 
  2. Start with programming all the components that will be use in the project.

Objective: 

  1. To gather all needed components and hardware to develop the Water Trash Collector. 
  2. To run the programming code of the Water Trash Collector.

Contents:

Among the components purchased are analog TDS sensor, NodeMCU ESP8266, Arduino Uno microcontroller, motor, gear motor, servo motor, battery, and some jumper wires. There are still a few components that is not yet arrived due to postage delayed. Programming has been started bit by bit for each one of the components. The programming language that I used to program this project is C++ language.

Results:

Manage to finish the programming process for 2 components as it takes some time to recall what I have learn during the pass semester for programming and coding.

Conclusion:

Coding and programming the components are very important as it will determine how the product will function to achieve the project goals of what we have planned.
