WEEK 2: WORKSHOP 1 (FINAL YEAR PROJECT BRIEFING)

Activity: 

  1. Workshop 1 Final Year Project Briefing


Objective: 

  1. Types of assessments and marks weightage. 
  2. FYP/IFYP rules and regulations. 
  3. Activities throughout semester.

Contents:

The 2nd weeks basically is about the briefing of the Final Year Project. The briefing was conducted through Microsoft Teams and the attendance of all the students that are enrolled to the FYP 2 was compulsory. Sir Shaiful Bin Othman explained about the FYP 2 flow from week 1 until presentation and submission. the details as per listed down below: 

  1. Introduction 
  2. Objectives 
  3. Credits and Duration 
  4. Scope of Projects 
  5. Project Assessment 
  6. Presentation Day 
  7. Submission Date of Project

Result:

From the briefing, all the important aspect in FYP 2 has been thoroughly explained by the Sir Mohamad Shaiful. He also told us to check the UniKL BMI FYP website to find any information that may useful.

Conclusion:

FYP2 Students are required to complete all the criteria assessment explained during the briefing. Students were provided with the guideline of thesis submission which consists of 6 steps that will help the students understand the flow.
